Positive: Was a nice location and comfortable

Negative: The sign needs to be facing incoming traffic, was hard to see at 60 km/ hr. Also why would you not have a sink in bathroom????? In room 12-A. And please serve Nespresso coffee pods ! Not a knockoff. We own the same coffee machine and we know those are not original Nespresso pods.

Summary: Was a nice stay but will try other places nearby. Breakfast was very good.

Positive: Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our car battery died from the cold and one of the staff members used her truck and jumper cables to get us going. Other staff let us use the spa lobby and have some tea while we waited for her to arrive from home with jumper cables: A+ customer service. Getting breakfast delivered to the room was lovely. The spa was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Positive: The suite had everything that was needed: beautiful views on the spa and the lake, a comfortable bed, full kitchen appliances and kitchenware, lots of space, it's off the main road very secluded eventhough the distance to the village is very short.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: -Friendly and helpful staff - Excellent service at check in -Beautiful clean room overlooking the lake. The grounds are well maintained -Peaceful and quiet. The spa is located outside of town - About a 5 minute drive to nearest stores/restaurants -Small scale resort with only a few rooms -No loud noise policy after 9 pm at the resort -Can watch the sunset from your own balcony -Comfortable bed -Updated bathroom -Delicious homemade breakfast served in our room -Targeted demographics seem to be older couples - No running kids around

Negative: -No restaurant for lunch/dinner -On the expensive side -Have to pay extra to use pool & hot tubs

Positive: Breakfast was very good.

Negative: When you arrive you learn that you have to pay an extra $66 per person per day to use the pool and hot tubs. So the price was close to $750 for two days, which was over-priced. If this was clear at the outset, I would not have booked this hotel because it is not worth $375 a night. I won't go back.

Summary: With the extra $66/person per day to use pool and hot tubs, the price is too high. ($750 for 2 days)
